A passionate mental training coach dedicated to helping climbers harness the power of their minds and achieve their climbing aspirations. As an avid climber myself, I've experienced firsthand the profound impact that mental resilience, focus, and presence can have on performance and overall enjoyment of the sport.
Through extensive training and hands-on experience, I've developed a holistic approach to mental training that blends psychological practices with practical wisdom gained from countless hours spent climbing, reading and taking various courses for climbing professionals.
